| From 9.2.2008 and 1.4.2008 Immigration Rules changed for anyone applying for a Visa to re-enter the UK who has previously overstayed, obtained entry by deception or who has been removed as an illegal entrant or by deportation process, will have to wait for a period of between one year and ten years before they can apply to return to the UK. |
